Principles of Customer Service Skills

This session will ensure that staff know what good customer service is by analysing models of highly effective techniques provided by market leaders. Participants will be equipped to identify areas of improvement in their own organisation’s customer service delivery and look at how to develop an effective strategy for their business.

Duration: 1 Day
Location: Locations will be confirmed. Training courses are often delivered at the CMN Maritime Business Centre in Falmouth.
Dates: Course dates are set based on demand and once enquiries are received dates will be confirmed.

Where possible CMN use ESF and Government skills projects to fully or partially fund training. Enquire to see if you are eligible to receive funding support for training courses. Where funding is not available CMN deliver courses on a competitive fee paying basis.
